This hydraulic oil cooler should be installed by a trained professional on the low-pressure side of the hydraulic circuit, catering to mobile and industrial hydraulic applications.
Our Part Numbers for the available options are: 24107 (No Bypass), 24500 (2 Bar Bypass), 24501 (5 Bar Bypass), and 24502 (8 Bar Bypass). The core (finned area) dimensions measure 19.7" x 19.7" x 2.56", with -20 SAE O-Ring (1-5/8-12 UN-2B) connections for both the inlet and outlet. The overall dimensions of the unit are 26.82" x 22" x 8.5".
This hydraulic oil cooler is a direct replacement for the Cool-Line D36, Cool-Line D36-12, 4UJF8, and LDC-033 models. The maximum working temperature is 250°F, and the maximum working pressure is 360 psi. The oil flow capacity ranges from 0 to 110 GPM.
